Return & Refund Policy

At OZ MOOD, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make the return process as easy and straightforward as possible.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 7 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Please note, certain items are non-returnable, such as:

Personalized or custom-made gifts
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Items on sale or clearance
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@ozmood.com.au and provide details of the issue.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, unless it was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
